Cooling Off Policy

At Niraag India Ayurveda Private Limited, we provide our Direct Sellers a cooling-off period of 7 (seven) days from the date of execution of the E-Contract Agreement. During this time, the intending Direct Seller can reconsider whether they wish to continue with the Direct Selling business they voluntarily chose to join.

If the Direct Seller wishes to rescind the said E-Contract Agreement, they may do so without attracting any claim or legal action whatsoever by or against either party to the contract agreement.
