Pickup from Office or Franchisee Outlet
Pickup orders can be placed at any of the outlets. Payment options for Pickup Orders include
Cash, Demand Draft, Credit Card, and Debit Card.
Pickup hours for all outlets are:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 01:30 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed

Home Delivery
Home Delivery orders can be placed for convenience on the website:

or by placing the order at the office or franchisee outlets.
Payment modes:
- Orders placed at Office: Cash, Debit Card, or Credit Card
- Online orders: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.
Home Delivery Order Fees

for more details on delivery fees. Shipments are in perfect condition when the carrier takes possession.
By signing “received” on the delivery note, recipients acknowledge satisfactory receipt of the order.
Do not sign in case of damages or shortages. Notify any hidden damages or discrepancies within
24 hours of receipt. Failure to notify within this time will cancel the right to request corrections.
Delivery of Products
The risk of damage, loss, or deterioration of the products during transit is borne by Niraag Ayurveda.
Products are delivered in accordance with their descriptions and specifications listed on the website.
Customers/Direct Sellers are responsible for ensuring the provided shipping address is serviceable.
If delivery is not possible, an alternate address must be provided. Time is not the essence of the
contract; however, products will not be delivered without full payment.
Customers/Direct Sellers must accept delivery of the products in deliverable condition. Refusal or
negligence to accept delivery may result in liability for non-acceptance.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising from this policy shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the company.
Arbitration proceedings will be held under the jurisdiction of District Courts in Delhi (Delhi, India)
as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The final decision of the Arbitrator will be binding
on both parties.
